Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been received and artwork has been approved, unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

• Custom orders may require additional production time depending on order size and complexity.
• Rush orders are available for an additional fee when scheduling permits.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• GLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
