Custom Orders

All products are custom-made specifically for you. Please review all artwork, sizes, spelling, and order details carefully before submitting your order.

Payments

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the type and size of your order. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and may change during periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete. GLC by Finding Favor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an error was made by GLC or if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any uploaded artwork, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material. GLC by Finding Favor is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided designs.

Order Changes

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
